Roger Dunlap joined the FBC staff in September, 1999. Prior to that, he served on staff at Macedonia Baptist Church in Longview, TX. His duties at FBC include education, outreach and assimilation.

Roger and his wife, Darla, have two children. Amanda Mitchell and her husband, Jeremy, make their home in Magnolia. Their son, Tyler, is a student at the University of Arkansas.
